Anna K. Maier is the mother of Dr. Walter A. Maier, Lutheran radio personality who spoke on The Lutheran Hour, broadcast from 1930-1950. Anna Maier and her husband immigrated to the U.S. from Germany in the late 1800's. This book tells her story of what life was like in Germany when growing up and in America when raising her children.
